Refund and Returns Policy

At LuxuryTown, we want you to shop with confidence. We understand that buying fashion online can sometimes be tricky, which is why we’ve designed a simple and fair Refund & Return Policy.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong size/color (if applicable).
  • You are unsatisfied with the product due to quality issues.

⚠️ Products are eligible for return if:

  • They are unused and in their original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Personal accessories (e.g., earrings, intimate items).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items purchased on final clearance/sale (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at +919763642094 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide you with return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 7–14 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account/UPI (details will be requested).

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product (different size/color/design), please mention this when submitting your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images/videos for verification.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery as per this policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Our products are first copy / replica items. While they are inspected for quality, they are not original branded products.
  • Minor variations in design, color, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.
  • LuxuryTown reserves the right to approve or deny refund/return requests based on our inspection.
