Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. We’ve partnered with Delhivery, one of India’s most trusted logistics providers, to ensure smooth and timely shipping across the country.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes in India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Partners

  • All orders are shipped via Delhivery, our official courier partner.
  • Depending on your location, Delhivery may work with last-mile delivery partners to complete your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Metro cities: 3–4 days.
  • Tier 2/3 cities and remote locations: 5–7 days.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly on the Delhivery tracking portal or through the link provided in your confirmation message.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract a small convenience fee (if applicable, shown at checkout).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most serviceable locations in India.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at delivery.
  • In case of failed COD deliveries, repeated attempts may not be allowed for future orders.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • LuxuryTown is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or issues on the courier’s end.
  • If your package is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us and we will assist you with escalation to Delhivery.

9. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
